BASIC RULES
1) OCcash.com reserves the right to terminate any account at anytime without notice.

2) You must be of legal age to join and promote our websites.

3) We do not accept webmasters using non adult freehosts such as geocities, tripod, and angelfire.

4) We reserve the right to deny any webmaster admittance into our program for using illegal content, if the webmaster is located in a high fraud area, or for any other reason.

5) By signing up you understand and acknowledge that OC Cash can and most likely will send out emails (newsletter) to all webmasters that join.

6) You may NOT hot link any of our banners from our server, if you do, your account will be terminated without pay.

7) No loading any tours in frames and any theft or domain abuse will result in account termination.

8) We reserve the right to cancel this program at any time, without prior notification. In such cases you will be notified immediately and paid for ALL accumulated funds up to that point in time, except in cases where it is determined you have cheated by violating this agreement in any way YOU WILL NOT BE PAID!!

9) OC Cash reserves the right to terminate your account if it is idle for more than a month. In such cases you will be notified in advance.

10) We reserve the right to deny any prospective sponsor admittance into our program for any reason, based on the content of their website or for any other reason. We reserve the right to change the payout rate with a 3 day notice.

11) OC Cash will not be held responsible for loss due to downtimes resulting from complications with your hosting equipment or technical errors.

12) Return and Refund Policy. We offer a 100% satisfaction Guarantee or your money back. Requests us be submitted to support@occash.comwithin 5 days of initial sign up.

FRAUDULANT ACTIVITIES
If you attempt to defraud our system by generating false or fraudulent hits or sign-ups, you will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. We monitor all hits and sign-ups to ensure they are not generated falsely. If you signup to a paysite using your own linking code, we will consider your account to be fraud and you will not be paid at all.

RULES ON TRAFFIC
You are free to generate traffic by any method that is not in violation of the terms herein. Sending any hits from any URL's that contain and/or promote the following content, programs or linking practices without the prior written consent of the Administration will result in the IMMEDIATE termination/cancellation of the account from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account: child pornography, bestiality, warez, newsgroup postings, spam e-mails, Mp3, unlicensed content or any other site we deem illegal. We do not give second chance when dealing with webmasters who promote these kinds of sites, and consider it a serious issue which only harms our industry!

BULK EMAIL ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY
We DO allow affiliates to market our websites via bulk e-mails, however, it is extremely important that any such mass e-mailings by you conform to our terms. You need to be aware of the fact that many service providers, such as AOL, have their own policies when it comes to mass mailing their members. Please familiarize yourself with AOL's policy, as most mass mailings will reach at least some AOL members (e.g., username@aol.com) http://www.aol.com/info/bulkemail.html

The marketing of our websites is strictly prohibited if done through the transmission of unsolicited bulk email. You must have a prior business relationship with the e-mail recipient, including but not limited to having obtained their e-mail address through an opt-in procedure. We strongly encourage you to maintain electronic records of the manner in which you obtain e-mail addresses for use in mailings. This is because, if we receive a complaint from a person who received a promotional e-mailing from you, you will need to demonstrate to us that such person did not receive unsolicited bulk e-mail from you. We also strictly prohibit you from transmitting e-mail that contains invalid or forged headers, invalid or non-existent domain names or other means of deceptive addressing. We also strictly prohibit you from transmitting e-mail that is relayed from any third party's mail servers without the permission or which employs similar techniques to hide or obscure the source of the e-mail.

The transmission of unsolicited bulk e-mail, including the transmission of counterfeit e-mail, may result in civil and criminal penalties against the sender under applicable federal and/or state law. Should we determine, in our sole discretion that you have violated this AUP, be assured that you will be terminated immediately, will be ineligible to sign up for another account, will not be paid for any traffic or subscriptions generated and your registration information may be turned over to complaining parties (including AOL).
